1988 每 Linkwell*s subsidiary, LiKang Disinfectant, began developing, manufacturing and distributing disinfectant health care products to the medical industry in China.

June 2004 Linkwell was founded as a Florida corporation and subsequently acquired 90% of LiKang Disinfectant through a stock exchange with Shanghai LiKang Pharmaceuticals Technology Company, Limited. Shanghai Shanhai Group, an unaffiliated third party, owned the remaining 10%.

May 2005 每 Linkwell entered into a share exchange agreement with Kirshner Entertainment & Technologies, Inc., for all of the outstanding shares of Linkwell Tech in exchange for approximately 87.5% of Kirshner*s common stock. As a result, Linkwell Tech became Kirshner*s wholly owned subsidiary.

August 2005 每 Kirshner amended its Articles of Incorporation to change its name to Linkwell Corporation and began trading under the symbol LWLL.OB on the OTC Bulletin Board.

August 2005 每 Linkwell received clearance from the Ministry of Health Care of China to sell a revised version of the widely used 84' disinfectant throughout mainland China. As a result of an extensive R&D process, the new Likang 84' has a shelf life of over 2 years. Previous versions of the generic 84' disinfectant had a shelf life of only three months.

September 2005 每 Linkwell officially launched its import/export division, Likang International Trade Company, Limited. The company's operations are based in Shanghai, China.

October 2005 每 Linkwell launched a new aerosol disinfectant designed specifically for preventing the spread of infectious diseases of the respiratory tract including the Bird Flu and SARS virus. This product known as "Dian'erkang Aerosol Disinfectant" has been approved by China's Ministry of Public Health for sale in China nationwide. Various forms of the Dian'erkang product line have proven successful in preventing the spread of airborne viruses such as human influenza virus, SARS and avian flu

October 2005 每 The Olympus Corporation selected LiKang Disinfectant*s Dianerkang, 2% glutaraldehyde disinfectant to provide disinfectant and cleaning solutions for its endoscopes. This Linkwell product replaced products previously supplied by Johnson and Johnson, Inc.

November 2005 每 Shanghai LiKang Disinfectant received approval from China's Ministry of Public Health for its new series of air disinfecting devices to prevent the spread of airborne viruses such as bird flu virus and human influenza virus. In addition, LiKang received approval from the Shanghai Municipal Food and Drug Supervision Administration for sale of these devices in hospitals.

November 2005 每 Linkwell launched a series of new hand disinfectants for surgeons in surgical rooms, named Jifro 4% Chlorhexidine gluconate (※Jifro§).

November 2006 每 Linkwell management, employees, and business associates purchased 7.25 million shares of common stock of Linkwell Corp from current LWLL shareholders at $0.24 per share via private transaction for a total amount of approximately $1.74 million.

December 2006 每 Linkwell launched the operations of its wholly owned exporting division, Shanghai LiKang International Trade Company, Limited.

December 2006 每 Linkwell entered into an agreement to assume management and operational control of Zhongke Jinmeihua Biotech Company, Limited. ("Jinmeihua") The contractual arrangements include exclusive sales, consulting, and operating agreements.

January 2007 每 the Ministry of Health of China selected three of Linkwell's subsidiary LiKang's Disinfectant*s products for use by its medial teams in China*s foreign aid program. The disinfectant products include 2% glutaraldehyde disinfectant, Dian'erkang Aerosol Disinfectant, and Lvshaxing disinfectant tablet.

April 2007 每 Linkwell acquired 100% equity interest in Shanghai LiKang Biological High-Tech Company, Limited, a Chinese company.

April 2007 每 Linkwell purchased the remaining 10% equity interest of LiKang Disinfectant from Shanghai Shanhai Group, making LiKang Disinfectant the wholly owned company of Linkwell Tech.

May 2007 每 Linkwell*s wholly owned subsidiary, Likang Disinfectant, received clearance to market three new disinfectant products from the Ministry of Public Health of China. The three new products include Putai Rinse-Free Surgery Hand Wash Gel, Putai Skin Disinfectant Liquid, and Putai Rinse-Free Foaming Surgery Hand Wash. The Putai Series uses Chlorhexidine Gluconate as the main active ingredient which is recommended by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology.

October 2007 每 Linkwell was selected by the Wharton Global Consulting Practicum (GCP) to conduct a market analysis and develop a plan for Linkwell's strategic development.

November 2007 每 Linkwell retained Segue Ventures LLC as its business consultant and as its investor and public relations representative.

January 2008 每 Linkwell Chairman and CEO, Mr. Xuelian Bian addressed "The Association of Chinese Nosocomial Infections Professional Committee (Nosocomial Committee) of China Hospital Society (CHS)," which is endorsed by the Department of Medical Administration of the Ministry of Health of The People's Republic to China (PRC).

February 2008 每 Linkwell entered into a stock purchase agreement with Ecolab Inc., to which Ecolab agreed to purchase 10% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Linkwell Tech, for $2 million dollars.

On February 29, 2008, LiKang Disinfectant entered into a series of commercial agreements, including a Consulting Agreement, two Distributor Agreements, and a Sales Representative Agreement.

March 2008 每 Linkwell*s subsidiary LiKang Disinfectant reached an agreement with Shanghai Disinfection Association (SDA), to establish the "Shanghai Disinfection Association Laboratory Center." Linkwell Chairman and CEO, Mr. Xuelian Bian was named vice director of the Shanghai Disinfection Association.

April 2008 每 Linkwell*s subsidiary LiKang Disinfectant was selected by the Chinese Ministry of Health (MOH) and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) to implement China's new disinfection vocational training and licensing program. The MOH and MOL created the program to improve China's public health safety security by standardizing the disinfectant industry's qualification and licensing standards.

May 2008 每 Linkwell*s subsidiary LiKang Disinfectant began training and licensing disinfection teams for the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

May 2008 每 Linkwell began running 24/7 disinfectant manufacturing operations in support of China's earthquake relief efforts. The Company worked with several emergency organizations, with authorization from the MOH Emergency Response Office, to provide disinfectant training and products throughout the affected region.

June 2008 每 Linkwell Corp signed the closing stock purchase agreement with Ecolab Inc., a Delaware corporation (※Ecolab§). Linkwell agreed to sell 10% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Linkwell Tech, for $2 million dollars. As a result, Linkwell owns 90% of Linkwell Tech and Ecolab 10%.
